COVID-19 Supply Chain Impact
An update on our situation with suppliers, stock and pricing in these challenging times as we remain open to supply our customers working on essential projects.
We want to update you on our situation as we continue to remain open for trade to support you and other customers, who are working on critical and essential projects, through these challenging times.
We are faced with escalating challenges in our supply chain from product shortages to exchange rate fluctuations on a large number of our main product lines. Whilst we are actively seeking to overcome these, in order to fulfil customer demand and ensure continuity of supply we are having to source products from non-preferred suppliers which has led to some sharp cost increases across the board.
Whilst we remain committed to supporting you and your projects we have no option but to implement a 3.5% price increase on all products as of tomorrow, 1st April. Please do not hesitate to contact your account manager if you require further information on 01322 274226 or email@example.com.
