Goods Collection Policy
Pre-order your goods one hour before and we’ll have your order ready for collection.
Collections are available between 7:00AM and 5:00PM Monday to Friday, however please place your order by 4:00PM if you wish to collect the same day.
Orders must be pre-ordered online for collection as we do not accept card payments over the phone or at the collection point.

Alternatively, customers with a trade credit account can place their order with our sales office at least one hour prior to collection.

Our location
Our Collection Point is in Northfleet, with easy access to and from the A2, with ample parking and tea and coffee facilities.
