What are your opening hours?

Our office hours are from 7am to 5:00pm and our Trade Counter is open for collections from 7am to 4pm.

Where are you based?

We are situated close to Ebbsfleet International Station, less than 15 miles from central London. For our address details and map click here.

Which sectors do you operate in?

Our focus is on supplying the Electrical, Mechanical, Air Conditioning and Ductwork trades. We service these four sectors across a wide range of industries such as; Audio Visual, Commercial, Energy, Food Processing, Health and Leisure, Industrial, Petrochemical, Rail, Retail, Water Treatment and many more. How large is your product range?

We have a comprehensive product range with over 14,000 lines and access to thousands more via our network of trusted suppliers. Click here to view our product range.

Do you only do fixings?

No - far from it! We actually specialise in electrical containment products, channel support systems, ductwork supplies and pipe support products. We do stock a large range of fixings and fasteners that complement this range as well as PPE and site equipment. Click here to view our product range.

Can you repair power tools?

If you bought power tools from us and they are within warranty then we'll happily liaise with our supplier to undertake any qualifying repairs, but unfortunately repairs is not something we can offer at our premises. Click here to view our range of Power Tools.

Do you offer bespoke printing for PPE?

Yes we can provide bespoke printing onto Hard Hats, Hi-Vis and other work related clothing with your logo, job titles or generic identifiers such as Staff and Visitor. For further details of our bespoke printing click here. Alternatively you can view our PPE range here.

How can I place an order online?

To place an online order you need to open a trade account, alternatively you can contact our Sales team to make a credit card payment or pay in cash for a collection at our trade counter. For details of how to open a Trade Account click here.

Do you take credit card payments?

Yes both Account and Non Account customers can pay by credit card either over the phone or at our Trade Counter.

How do I open an Account?

Can you offer pull out anchor tests on site?

Yes Pull Out Tests can be arranged with our suppliers in accordance with the recommendations of BS8539 for the selection and installation of anchors in concrete and masonry. The test involves attaching a Test Rig to the anchor which is then pulled to the designated stress load level in order to test the strength of the fixing. We will then provide a comprehensive, detailed report to show the conformance of fixings to the project required load levels. Can one of your team visit me on site?

Can you advise on Face Fit Testing for RPE?

Yes, we can arrange Train the Trainer Courses designed to enable you to carry out your own qualitative respiratory fit testing for staff. This allows you to comply with both the Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (COSHH) regulations and Approved Code of Practice (ACoP). Click here for further details.

What are your cut off times to place orders for next day delivery?

Our cut off time for placing orders to be delivered the next working day is 5pm. See our Delivery page for further details

What delivery services are available?

By arrangement deliveries can be made Next Day AM or PM, Timed (00, 15, 30, 45 past the hour), and at Weekends. Additional charges may apply. See our Delivery page for further details.

Do you charge carriage on deliveries?

We do not charge carriage on any orders over £50 for standard next day delivery. For orders under £50, or for orders required by an assigned time then carriage charges maybe applicable.

Do you deliver Nationwide?

Yes we can make deliveries nationwide using one of our trusted couriers. For deliveries in London and the local area (30 miles radius) we have our own dedicated vehicles. For more details see our Delivery page.

Can I track my delivery?

Yes deliveries can be tracked by contacting our Customer Services department on 01322 274 226 or at sales@fixmart.co.uk.

After placing an order for collection, when will it be ready?

Please allow 1 hour for your order to be processed and ready for collection. Click here for more details on our Trade Counter and location.

Can items be left in a safe place for me to collect after you've closed?

Unfortunately the premises has perimeter security in place and we are unable able to safely store goods for collection outside of our opening hours.

Do you charge for re-stocking if I return items that aren't required?

Yes we have a standard restocking charge of 20% although depending upon the individual circumstances this may be reduced or waived.
