10 King William Street
Fixmart are supporting the Mechanical and HVAC contractors working on the 10 King William Street development.
Since June 2025 we have been supporting contractors to install the building services, advising on fixings, anchors and roof frame supports to be used.
For the selected anchors we undertook Anchor Testing, providing a comprehensive report to show the conformance to the project’s required load levels. All tests were carried out by our CFA Approved Tester in accordance with the recommendations of BS8539 for the selection and installation of anchors in concrete and masonry. With fixing posters provided to site to ensure the correct anchors and tooling continue to be used by all contractors.
