Oriel Moorfields Eye Hospital, NW1
Fixmart are supporting the Mechanical and HVAC contractors working on the Oriel project.
How We Provided Support:
For the mechanical contractor we designed and manufactured 5 types of pipe riser supports, plus a bespoke anchor bracket specifically devised to support and secure the pipe flanges. Through our network of suppliers, we were also able to source custom made 80kg/m3 phenolic blocks, with dual split shells. These were specified along with Sikla Framo to support the particularly heavy pipework used on the project.

In addition, we also undertook Anchor Testing. Providing a comprehensive report to show the conformance to the project’s required load levels. All tests were carried out by our CFA Approved Tester in accordance with the recommendations of BS8539 for the selection and installation of anchors in concrete and masonry.
