One Eastside - Gateway Birmingham Tower

One Eastside is a landmark residential development under construction in Birmingham, and is set to become the city's tallest residential building upon completion (scheduled for 2026).
Due to a research partnership between the developer Court Collaboration and Birmingham City University the project will also be one of the healthiest and safest. With a digital model used to help run the building efficiently and sustainably, by monitoring air quality as well as reducing energy and water consumption. Making the MEP and HVAC installation a central element for the project.
